Intro

Both in 2011 & 2017 MOA was asked to provide services related to the façade restoration for this eight story, 135 unit cooperative building constructed in 1953.  The project would also be required to correct façade conditions for Local Law 11 compliance. to achieve compliance with Local Law 11.
