Intro
The Standard High Line Hotel rising above a former elevated train line that has become downtown’s favorite public park, The Standard, High Line is located in New York City’s Meatpacking District.
The client wanted to ensure that the building’s exposed concrete design was being well-maintained and contracted MOA to perform a façade investigation for this iconic design masterpiece of hotel design.

- Comprehensive Façade Assessment report with maintenance recommendations
