As part of Popular Bank’s east coast campaign, Magnum Opus Architecture was commissioned to create a flagship branch on Madison Avenue & 40th to announce the company’s new presence in the NY Metro Area.

Highlights

  • An existing mezzanine within the space was altered to create a client café.
  • The marketing team’s design ideas for kinetic feeling light fixtures and column elements were designed and sourced.
  • The kinetic vocabulary was then echoed in the new ceiling, mezzanine and new curved stair design.
  • Free standing banking kiosks, double height video walls
