Intro
Project Description:
The property managers of this six story residential apartment building, constructed in 1962, with 103 residential units and 9 commercial ground floor units contacted MOA to conduct a LL11 inspection as well as provide façade restoration services.
Several areas of this building required brick repair, sill replacement, partial parapet replacement and re-pointing.
