Intro

This 6 story , 48 unit apartment building, constructed in 1952, is located in the Oakland Gardens neighborhood of Queens, NY.  Property management contacted MOA to inspect and propose remedial work for several units that were experiencing water infiltration.   The inspections that followed identified roof and façade issues as the sources of the water infiltration.  MOA created a scope of work to correct the water infiltration sources as well as additional and façade deterioration found.
