Intro
This five story loft cooperative building, recently renovated in 2006, features 10 units and is located in Williamsburg.
MOA was hired to perform a water infiltration inspection to locate and remedy the source of a leak that had been causing some interior damage for over two years. MOA conducted several water tests to pinpoint the source(s). Once the sources of the leaks were identified MOA created construction details for each individual location specific to the surrounding materials and transitions.
